Banana Protein Muffins

Mash 2 ripe bananas with a fork and add:

2 eggs (beaten)
2 cups oats
1/2 cup flax meal
1 cup nut butter (melted)
1/2 cup coconut oil (melted)
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
Cinnamon and turmeric to taste

Whisk or stir together all ingredients until thick and smooth. Place in a greased (sides and bottom) baking pan  and bake in oven at 350 for 18-20 minutes.

***** you can make these vegan by removing the eggs and adding a few extra tablespoons of coconut oil and/or increasing the protein by adding in a 1/4 cup of protein powder (vanilla flavored).
