Face your fear and fly! Arm balance and inversion poses can be intimidating in a practice, whether you're a brand new yogi or you've practiced for years. Join Chynna in playfully exploring the foundations and techniques involved in lifting off your feet and turning your world upside down!
Beginners will learn how to safely enter (and exit!) these poses and more advanced yogis will dive into how to transition between poses.
Come experience how the regular practice of hand (or forearm or head) balancing can help you to develop a courageous mindset both on and off the mat, no matter your abilities.
Mommy & Me Yoga
MOMMY & ME YOGA
Come practice yoga with your baby! This class will incorporate your baby into the yoga practice and promote bonding through infant massage. This class is designed for babies 6 weeks to crawling. All caregivers welcome. Moms should be cleared by their doctor for physical activity before attending class.
