Prenatal yoga provides a safe space for expecting mothers to move, breathe and connect with their babe and others who are expecting. With all the commotion and excitement of a new member of the family, this unheated class allows calm movements and a peaceful getaway. Class will feature breathing techniques, pelvic floor exercises, guided meditation, and an extended savasana.Experience: Appropriate for long time yogis as well as newcomers at any stage of pregnancy.

MOMMY & ME YOGA
Come practice yoga with your baby! This class will incorporate your baby into the yoga practice and promote bonding through infant massage. This class is designed for babies 6 weeks to crawling. All caregivers welcome. Moms should be cleared by their doctor for physical activity before attending class.Age of babies: 6 weeks - crawling.

MOMMY & ME BARRE
Bond with baby while getting your Spark on! This 45 minute class focuses on arms, legs, glutes and abdominals. Wear your baby for the start of class, then come to the mat for abs while keeping your baby on your lap, allowing you to achieve the barre workout you love - while still connecting with your baby.Age of babies: 6 weeks - pre-walking. (Babies should be comfortable in a baby carrier.)
