This class is designed to instill a foundation of balance and sense of peace to your practice. We'll harmonize mind and body with a profound focus on breathwork, alignment, and stability. Cultivate a sense of focus and grounding as you are guided through poses that help improve posture, balance, as well as mental & physical strength. Music is incorporated in the experience to help invigorate and ground. All levels welcome! (100 degrees)

FLOW: Movement as if in a stream. To circulate.

This class is designed to heighten breath/body awareness using fluid transitions to cultivate a profound body & mind connection. This class will keep you moving to the rhythm of your breath allowing for freedom of expression and exploration. It's playful and sweaty! Class is set to energizing music and is open to all levels. (100 degrees)

sparkSCULPT | heated

Fun, sweaty, & always worth it! A Power Flow class incorporating light weights and other props for added resistance to strengthen all the muscles in the body while building endurance, stability, and CONFIDENCE. Expect to work to your edge and embrace getting uncomfortable while celebrating all you are capable of! The purpose of this class is to move with intention and listen to the body's cues while tapping into curiosity and courage to push through challenge. Set to fun & energetic music to motivate and inspire! The foundation of this offering is yoga, therefore some basic yoga posture knowledge is encouraged, however all levels are welcome. (95 degrees)

Rocket is a VIBE, you just have to try it. Come open-minded and see what happens...you are unique and so is Rocket Yoga. Rocket will challenge what is expected, both in a yoga class and in life. It's a set sequence meaning we'll basically do the same thing every time so that we can breathe more effectively since we don't need to anticipate, allowing us to just breathe and chill in a low stress yet active environment. If you have questions about "advanced" postures ranging from arm balances, handstands, or deep flexibility postures, just ask and this class will actually teach you. But really, we just focus on our breath, learn how to relax and trust/connect to yourself in a yoga practice but most importantly in life. It derives from traditional Ashtanga Yoga so it is a very complete sequence and was created by Larry Schultz in the 1980s in San Fran for the Grateful Dead while on tour. The drummer Bob Weir actually was the one to name it "Rocket" because "It'll Get You There Faster"... wherever "there" is is entirely up to you, and why be in a rush? Come practice, the Rocket family is waiting and will welcome you with open arms. Love yourself. (95 degrees)

A low-impact class for all fitness levels. Be prepared to increase the heart rate with the use of micro-movements and light hand weights (and other fun props) to cultivate strong, lean muscle. This class is designed to encourage improvement in posture & core strength. Marrying yoga, pilates, and ballet technique, we’ll work the body from head to toe! (95 degrees)

Restore: to bring back to a state of health, soundness, or vigor.

Give yourself permission to reset & give back to your body and spirit. This class benefits the body's internal organs by reducing blood pressure, encouraging digestion, and reducing muscle tension. Cultivate ease & peace of mind to allow for deeper sense of presence and awareness. All levels encouraged. (85 degrees)

sparkYIN | warm

A series of postures focusing on seated, prone, and supine positions that are held for longer periods of time targeting the connective tissues. These postures will help nourish the hips, lower spine, and pelvic area. Whether you’re experiencing physical or emotional tension, Yin will help restore and heal the body while increasing flexibility and joint mobility. (80 degrees)

sparkBOOTCAMP | heated

A high-intensity class incorporating resistance props such as bands & weights to strengthen the entire body. This class is designed to build a strong, lean body incorporating HIIT style training and heat for added cardio. The format of the class will leave you feeling accomplished, strong, and empowered. (95 degrees).

sparkPOWER | heated

A challenging, energetic flow incorporating muscle strengthening & toning exercises. We’ll increase the heart-rate to initiate a cardiovascular element to the practice and book-end the session with a delicious warm up & cool down. This class is all-levels as we encourage you to go at your own pace and honor your body. (100 degrees)

sparkCORE+CARDIO | heated

A HIIT style class designed to fire up your core and increase your heart rate. Transitioning between a fierce core circuit and quick bursts of cardio, we'll keep your body guessing to encourage a boost in metabolism, strength building, and a healthy heart. This class is the ultimate mood lifter leaving you feeling challenged and STRONG! All levels welcome. (95 degrees)

sparkRIDE (Buchon location only)

Combining both cardio and strength for a full-body burn! An invigorating & empowering class where we ride to the beat and support each other through challenge. Within this 45 min session, there is choreography interwoven as well as one track specifically designed to target the upper body using hand weights. This class is meant to push you out of your comfort zone to reach your full potential. You’ll leave feeling accomplished and strong!

*Note: Pedals are for SPD cleats. Cycling shoes are not mandatory but highly encouraged.
